Recent
projects

The following projects are Artemis Media productions, created by Nia Pericles prior to starting Crinkle Cut Productions.

New Leash of Life TV Series

New Leash on Life

New Leash on Life, ABC TV & ABC iview, 6 x 30 format created by and executive produced by Nia Pericles, produced by Artemis Media, developed and produced with the support of Screenwest. Mental ill-health and loneliness are on the rise for Australians and so are the number of dogs in pounds. Unwanted dogs are given just 8 days to be rescued before being euthanised. Host Joel Creasey has an innovative solution: a mutual rescue. Studies show owning a dog improves physical and mental health but thousands are neglected or euthanised every year. Joel joins forces with leading dog behaviourist Laura V as they race against the clock to rescue dogs on death row, transform them and pair them with Australians in need.

Thoroughly enjoyed the series.
Really hope there are more seasons made.

About Us

About us

Crinkle Cut Productions was set up by Nia Pericles as a vehicle to produce projects across the media landscape out of Western Australia.

Our sensibilities lie with culturally diverse stories that are artistically driven.

We have several co-productions in development with Australian and international partners and are open to collaborations with non-Western Australian production companies across scripted and unscripted projects to capitalise on the funding opportunities offered by Screenwest.
